You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information, including misrepresenting your age, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities.
jijikk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit a government-issued photo ID and a recent selfie for identity verification. Nothing in these Terms shall limit jijikk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
jijikk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a jijikk account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
jijikk complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and with any applicable guidelines issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Player data is handled securely and is not sold to third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.
jijikk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
You may close your jijikk account at any time by contacting customer support. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jijikk's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. jijikk will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
jijikk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jijikk will provide notice via the Platform (such as a prominent banner or pop-up notification) or via email to the address registered to your account, with at least seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.2.
